Plain-language terms for the CarryNet free beta. Last updated 12 May 2026.
The Short Version
CarryNet is a free beta product operated by Nap Factory LLC. It's offered as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We can change it, restrict it, or shut it down without notice. You can leave at any time and we'll delete your data within 30 days of a written request to [email protected].
Don't upload data you can't afford to lose. Don't use CarryNet for anything illegal. Don't try to attack the service, scrape it, or reverse-engineer it. If you find a security issue, please email us — we'll fix it and thank you publicly.
What You Agree To
Lawful use
You won't use CarryNet to break the law, infringe anyone's IP, send spam, or harass anyone.
Your data, your problem
You're responsible for the data you upload. If your carrier customers haven't agreed to your sharing their freight records with a third party, don't upload those records.
No reverse engineering
You won't try to access the source code, extract our algorithms, or train competing models on outputs from CarryNet.
Account security
Keep your password private. Tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without authorization.
What We Don't Promise
No uptime guarantees
CarryNet is a free beta. We aim for reliability but make no commitment. If the service is down when you need it, that's the trade-off for it being free.
No accuracy guarantees
The synergy detection, deadhead analysis, and expansion candidates are statistical estimates. Validate before acting. Don't make a million-dollar lane decision based solely on what we tell you.
No data backup guarantees
We back up the database but we don't guarantee recoverability. Keep your own copy of any data that's important to you.
Service may end
We may discontinue CarryNet at any time. We'll give you 30 days' notice when we can, but we reserve the right to act faster if needed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nap Factory LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CarryNet — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions you made based on our analysis. Our total liability to you for any claim related to CarryNet is capped at $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limitations. If yours doesn't, the limits above apply to the extent allowed by your law.
